On the 4 th December 2020, Friday, Jesuit Conference of India/South Asia, conducted an online training session on Project Management where participants from all over South Asia that is, from various states of India, Nepal, Bangladesh, Afghanistan and Pakistan had participated.
The resource person was Dr. Lukose PJ, who delivered the sessions on various aspects of capacity building like, Project Cycle Management (PCM), how to do tasks through Result Based Management (RBM), Situational Analysis, Problem Analysis, Stakeholder Analysis, Capacity Assessment etc.
The purpose of the training was to build the capacities for the Jesuits and the collaborators which in the coming days will help the organisation grow together by handholding each other.
